I begin the month of April with a broken ankle! I’ve never broken a limb, not so much as a fracture or a sprain. I’m double jointed so I’ve always been very bendy!!!

Navigating crutches and having my mobility & personal autonomy severally restricted has been extremely humbling.

My DM’s were full of fellow limb breakers giving tips & sending Amazon links etc.

A Faerytribe follower even gifted me her knee scooter, which I’ve found a complete godsend for when I’m out and about.

Life is all about lessons and if you want to learn about what it’s truly like to have to depend on others for help, break a leg….literally!

I’ve found myself feeling incredibly grateful for all the help I’ve received. Simple things like showering are now a military operation and learning how to use crutches has been an education!

The cats are loving it!

Liadh and Gizmo have taken residence with me! I feel like I’m being supervised at all times!

I hated having to cancel my cork show as my team & I were really looking forward to it.

We discussed me doing a demonstration sitting but it felt wrong and I know I’ve to rest my leg as much as possible right now!

I have one show in the city north at Christmas and then will release details of 2027 later in the year!

The messages I have received from those of you that have broken your limbs have been so enlightening & insightful.

You really find out who’s in your corner when something like this happens. Who steps back and who steps up can be eye opening.

I’m at a stage in my life where my circle is so small, that the people in it are my ride or dies! I love them so much and if the shoe was on the other foot I would be there for them too.

It’s also made me think how I would love to do more teaching and definitely write a book! I’ve written both companion & guide books for my Faerystones & The faery oracle deck! I would love to write about my own experience as a medium!

However trying to do that without getting sued would be ideal! There’s a few ‘celebrity’ mediums whose names I would have to change! The biggest misconceptions in the spiritual industry is that mediums are good people. Just because you have ability does not mean you are necessarily a nice person! Trust me I learned that the hard way through the psychic fair circuit which can be incredibly competitive & toxic.

Having integrity in an industry that can be rife with spiritual narcissism can be challenging. I’ve learned so much over the last few years.

My sittings are truly a lifesaver right now as I’ve always adored my 1-to-1’s with clients. There are clients I’m reading for over twenty years now and it is truly a pleasure and an honour to hold such a sacred space. So 2026 has a curve ball to it but There’s one thing your spirit team don’t like and that’s a comfort zone! Everything is safe and nothing will happen to you , but that’s exactly the point ….nothing will happen!

So I will journal , I will manifest and I will contemplate what my faery heart wants to explore this year!

Spring is in the air and my heart already feels lighter for it!

Have a fantastic month!

Love

Fiona
