In the darkest times of my life, my faith in spirit has got me through. They have never ever let me down. My spirit team and ancestors have been a source of constant strength and support.

My vocation has never wavered but there have been times in my life where I’ve felt disillusioned.

Throughout my life I’ve always felt like a square peg in a round hole. Never truly fitting in, friends leaving after a few years. I don’t have a problem with this anymore. I realise it’s part of life.

However, I’ve always been drawn to spiritual people. I’ve had great chats with atheists and agnostics. I’ve loved reading for people from other religions and I’ve had the honour of reading for several nuns & priests over the course of my career.

I actually was on a radio show debate about Psychics. The host  was so self inflated and tried to pit the priest and myself against each other! Hilariously we ended up agreeing with each other’s spiritual beliefs.

There is a comfort with finding your tribe. Being able to fully express yourself without the fear of being judged.

In my early days of training as a medium , I adored the social aspect of meeting other sensitives. I no longer felt ‘odd’ or the outsider. There was a sense of finding my tribe and a wonderful feeling of acceptance.

In truth we enter this life alone and we will leave the same way. For some of us we face blocks from the beginning with our family of birth. For others it can be outside influences such as partners , friends , school or colleagues that shape the course of their lives.

The spiritual path is not for the faint hearted. Usually you start to explore your spiritual beliefs as the result of trauma.

The spiritual path is littered with broken bodies and so called gurus who have never fully integrated their pain, so in turn projectile vomit on to their unsuspecting students and clients.

Mediums and psychics can be used as lay counsellors for those that don’t want to be seen to go to therapy. The danger is, that’s a high risk to take in an unregulated industry as the person in front of you could have ten times more issues then you!

If you’re exploring your spiritual path. Practise good spiritual hygiene. Learn how to ground yourself. How to open and close your energy. How to do an energy cleanse on yourself and your home. Always take your common sense with you. If something does not sit with you or you cannot accept it as true for your journey. That’s perfectly fine. Politely decline or remove yourself from the situation. The spiritual industry is littered with narcissists, who love nothing more than telling people what to do or what they want to hear as opposed to what they need to hear at that point of their journey.

Know this. You are loved.

You are surrounded by your ancestors , spirit team and angels throughout this journey.

No matter how difficult the road they will never leave you.

Remember you are a spiritual being having a human experience. Be gentle on yourself.

Have a fantastic month
